I love fitness and what it has done for my confidence and well being. When I was younger I dreamed of being a teacher, but I always thought that I’d be teaching academics. That dream changed as I got older and developed new passions and tried new things.

One of the hardest physical challenges for me to overcome was seeing my body grow, shrink, and drastically change due to pregnancy and the birth of my daughter. I had felt like I was at the peak of my fitness pre-baby and was overwhelmed and worried that I would never be able to be as strong or feel as confident in my body. It's true my training shifted, but pregnancy gave me a new outlook on my physical capacities and opened my mind to new opportunities for positive change.

B Dino Fit is more than a training platform. It is a love letter, a community, a campaign for women to embrace their inner strength and feel like the most genuine and badass versions of themselves. I hope I can make you feel like you are a part of something larger. I hope I can empower you achieve big and hard things.
